The pick-up area was extremely convenient as it was directly opposite the entrance/exit the terminal building. I'm very happy with the FastPark Meet and Greet service provided.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2026Brilliant, brilliant Meet & Greet service. Cannot rate highly enough. We had many booking changes due to cancelled flights which included change of terminal for outward journey, two changes of arrival times coming home, a change of day and then our final arrival at 1.00am in the morning after a taxi transfer from Birmingham Airport to Heathrow as a result of another cancelled SAS flight. All this was accommodated by Adam & his team with professionalism and reassurance that it would be fine…and it was! A huge thank you.
